Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Top Target, we strive to provide the best learning experience to our students. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of courses or subscriptions purchased on our platform.

By purchasing any course or subscription, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before making a payment.

Important Notice

All payments made for courses, test series, or subscriptions on Top Target are generally non-refundableunless stated otherwise under specific conditions mentioned below.

🔵 1. No Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • After accessing any course content (videos, notes, tests, PDFs)
  • If you change your mind after purchase
  • If you are unable to complete the course due to personal reasons
  • If you fail to achieve expected results or marks
  • If you purchase the wrong course by mistake (always verify before payment)
  • After the subscription period has started
  • If promotional offers or discounts expire after purchase

🔵 2. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

A. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

B. Technical Issues from Our End

If Top Target fails to provide access to purchased content due to a technical problem on our end, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time (7 days), a refund may be issued.

C. Course Not Delivered

If the course content is not made available even after successful payment, you can request a refund.

Note: Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.

🔵 3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@toptarget.in
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your registered name and phone number
    • Transaction ID or payment receipt
    • Course name and purchase date
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

🔵 4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • UPI/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card: 7-10 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 5-7 business days

The refund will be credited to the same account/payment method used during purchase.

🔵 5. Cancellation Policy

Once a course or subscription is purchased, cancellation is not allowed under normal circumstances.

However, if you have not accessed any content, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. The decision will be at the discretion of Top Target management.

🔵 6. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails or remains pending:

  • Check your bank statement or payment app for confirmation
  • If money is deducted but course access is not provided, contact us immediately
  • Share transaction details (screenshot, transaction ID, date & time)
  • We will verify and resolve the issue within 3-5 business days

🔵 7. No Refund for Promotional Offers

Courses purchased under discount, promotional offers, or special deals are strictly non-refundable. Please review course details carefully before purchasing during such offers.

🔵 8. Subscription Renewals

If you have a recurring subscription:

  • Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable once processed
  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account settings before the next billing cycle
  • Top Target is not responsible if you forget to cancel before renewal

🔵 9. Dispute Resolution

If you have any payment or refund-related disputes:

  • Contact our support team first before raising a bank dispute or chargeback
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue amicably
  • Raising a dispute without contacting us may result in account suspension

🔵 10. Changes to Refund Policy

Top Target reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
