All payments made for courses, test series, or subscriptions on Top Target are generally non-refundableunless stated otherwise under specific conditions mentioned below.

If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
If Top Target fails to provide access to purchased content due to a technical problem on our end, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time (7 days), a refund may be issued.
If the course content is not made available even after successful payment, you can request a refund.
